Our finance provider

Your main point of contact for questions about the status of your loan, or your repayments, once your finance is approved.
What is a finance provider?

If you’re successful in applying for a Start Up Loan, you’ll be assigned to our finance provider. They will manage your loan agreement and issue you with the money.

Our finance provider is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We also monitor them closely to make sure our approach to supporting applicants is consistent across the entire network.
