I agree and understand:
- I agree and represent that I have created the case study or am otherwise authorised to submit a case study to British Business Bank.
- I am the owner of the content and own any copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content submitted. By submitting a case study, I am granting British Business Bank an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide licence to use, publish and/or transmit, and to authorise third parties to use, publish and/or transmit my content in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented.
- I authorise British Business Bank and its authorised third parties to cut, crop or edit my content at their sole discretion.
- My case study may be used for up to 3 years from the date of consent below. After this time, this case study (as updated by me from time to time) will no longer be used in new material without my consent.

- British Business Bank may store my information for a minimum of ten (10) years or for such lesser period as is stipulated in its document retention policies.
