Simply download and complete the documents below and, once these are submitted, LDBG will review them together with your completed business plan and make a decision about whether a loan is appropriate for you and your business.

Please note: In case you don’t have time now, we have also sent you an email containing a link to this application form. You can submit your application at a time that is more convenient for you.

When completing these forms you will be asked to provide a range of information about you and your business, including your personal bank account details. LDBG will use this information to run a credit check to assess your personal creditworthiness and, paired with other assessments, ensure you can afford to repay the loan.
